P-COVID19(S)

# Objective:
P-Covid19(S) is a mobile application aims to assist the Cambodia Inter-Ministerial Committee for
Covid Tracing to:
- Manage, control and prevent the spreading of the Covid-19 virus in Cambodia.
- Investigate on positive cases, risk citizens and risk locations that have been involved with a positive case, by using collected data from this application and its related system.

Using P-Covid19(S), shop owners can create an account for registering their owned shops or organizations at any scale (small, medium or large). For ensuring information accuracy, shop registration requests will be verified and approved by the administrator of the system. As soon as the request is approved, shop owner can print QR code for visitors to scan for registering their attendant by using P-Covid19(G); or shop owner can as well scan Visitor’s QR code generated by the P-Covid19(G).
1) Account creation: Shop owner registers a new account by providing name, phone number, ID card number, takes a picture of ID Card, takes a profile picture, and input 4 digits pin code sent to the provided phone number. If all information is correctly provided, shop owner will be instantly activated to use this application
2) Account Recovery: Shop owner can recover his/her existing account after logout or changing phone by providing correct phone number and 4 digits pin code sent to his/her phone number
3) Register location of shop or organization: Shop owners can make requests to register their owned shops or organizations via this mobile application by providing name, address and map address. Then, the administrator team will verify the correctness of the provided information for decision making to approve or reject the request. Once the request is

approved, shop owner can download and print QR of their shop for visitors to scan their attendant by using P-Covid19(G) application
4) Record customers’ attendant: Shop owners can register visitors’ attendance via this application in two ways: (1) use P-Covid19(S) to scan visitor’s QR code or (2) manually complete the attendant form.

- Owner of any public or private organization such as ministry, university, school, bank, commercial center, restaurant, shop, private and public transportation provider (taxi, bus, tuk tuk, etc.), gymnastic center and night club etc.
- Local shop owners who own any size of business, small, medium and large.

Currently, the committee is ready to release four different systems including:
1). P-Covid19(S) is a mobile application developed for shop or organization owners
2). P-Covid19(G) is a mobile application developed for citizen
3). Web administration system is managed and controlled by the committee team
4). Website which is a replication of the P-Covid19(G) and P-Covid19(S) is developed to response to urgent action while waiting for the release of P-Covid19(G) and P-Covid19(S) in both Apple store and Play store.
